Have integrated such datasets with various artificial intelligence algorithms, Protein-protein interaction networks, Genome Scale
Metabolic Networks etc. Such integrations were used to predict clinical outcomes as well as predict drugs and drug targets for
experimental validation. Have filed patents in this filed especially on the use of AI to predict clinical outcomes.
Omics technologies like genomics,proteomics, metabolomics etc. are nowadays routinely used in drug discoveryapplications as well as in disease diagnosis and prognosis. The presentation will elaborate on the work done to find drugs against a disease condition using proteomics data from disease cells. A novel methodology of integrating proteomics data with biological networks will be elaborated. On disease diagnosis side, the usage of omics data from healthy human subjects to predict disease state will also be discussed. Here also,state of art machine learning algorithms used to connect omics data with disease state will be discussed.
